Whisper Coffee was created by Dima, Nikita, and Samira. We were united by a shared passion and the belief that good coffee is more than just a drink.
Dima
Dima is a roaster by calling, co-owner of Po Drodze and Trejd1890 cafes, and a Warsaw boutique roastery. He constantly seeks new flavor profiles and sensory experiences that can surprise and stay in memory.
Nikita
Nikita is a head barista, trainer, and consultant in the specialty coffee industry, as well as co-owner of Po Drodze and Trejd1890. He trains baristas, prepares them for championships, and supports entrepreneurs in creating places people want to return to.
Samira
Samira looks at coffee as a space for thinking. She believes that coffee connects people, and when enjoyed in silence, it gives energy to create new ideas. She works in the film industry, where good coffee is the beginning of every creative day.
